Key Responsibilities:

  • Turning Commitment into Outcome: Delivering Impact
  • Translate Requirements: Turn client, contract, and planning requirements (e.g., PPN 06/20, TOMs) into local, achievable actions that deliver genuine community benefit.
  • Co-Design Plans: Partner with site teams to create project-specific social value plans aligned to local needs and delivery constraints.
  • Data with Integrity: Track KPIs and report on impact with a human touch, using data to find out what's working so we can do more of it.

Building Partnerships:

  • Community Roots: Develop and maintain relationships with charities, schools, colleges, and social enterprises across London.
