My client is seeking a strong and driven construction bias H&S advisor to oversee the delivery of a retail fit-out project in Kingston, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have site experience and be able to oversee, monitor and advise on H&S aspects including:
- Site inspections
- Safety talks
- Ensuring preventative measures are in place
- Ensuring the site management team are well versed in H&S conduct
- Management of paperwork, documentation and reporting into the client side's senior management team
This person must be a strong character and be able to put their foot down to ensure the project is run safely.
Requirements:
- H&S accreditation required
- Site experience (preferably retail fit-out) required
- CSCS required
