My client are a regional residential groundwork\’s contractor who are seeking a new Health & Safety manager due to their current one retiring after 10+ years in the post.

The ideal candidate will work for or have substantial experience in the residential groundwork\’s sector. You will be responsible for ensuring best practice on site up up skilling managers & trades on safety procedures and policies, investigating any incidents and reducing risk where possible to ensure all staff are in a safe working environment,

Experience in training and up skilling would be highly advantageous as well as helping to ensure the business renews its accreditations.
