My client, a strong and growing M&E contractor, is seeking a strong site manager for a new build scheme consisting of multiple RC frame apartments. The successful candidate will report into a site-based PM and oversee the programme on their section of work, driving sub-contractors to ensure they have the correct labour levels and materials on site to prevent any hold-ups.

You will be able to oversee and inspect the quality of work and ensure all work is completed as per the drawings and to the correct standard. This position will require someone from an Electrical trade background with 5 years' experience on high-rise new build schemes as a supervisor as well as a site manager. SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS/ECS are all required.
