My client, a strong and growing M&E contractor, is seeking a strong project manager for a new build scheme consisting of multiple RC frame apartments. The successful candidate will report into a visiting contracts manager and work closely with the mechanical PM on site, overseeing the programme across all blocks.
You will be able to motivate and manage a team of 3 site managers and drive sub-contractors to ensure they have the correct labour levels and materials on site to prevent any hold ups. You will be client facing and build strong working relationships.
This position requires someone from an Electrical trade background with 5 years experience as a PM on similar projects involving high rise new build schemes. This is a fast-paced project that requires a highly organised and IT literate PM. SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS/ECS certifications are all required.
