My client is an established fit-out and refurbishment contractor who undertakes projects UK wide.
A trainee pre-construction manager will be responsible for working closely with the construction director to oversee a number of projects from design through to starting on site, including management of budgets to ensure the sites are set up correctly. Projects tend to be in the office fit-out sector and commercial sectors.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with a relevant construction-related degree and have some design/AutoCAD experience. This role is open to a recent graduate or someone with a few years' experience. Although not essential, this would suit somebody who can drive due to the travel required for this role.
