What You\’ll Be Doing
- Deliver designs that actually get built – enjoy a varied portfolio, from bespoke homes and commercial buildings to historic renovations, retail spaces, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
- Engage closely with clients, architects, and contractors, shaping design decisions through proactive collaboration and clear communication.
- Manage your own team, workload and projects, supported by experienced engineers who let you lead.
- Apply technical judgment to solve problems quickly, not get bogged down in paperwork.

- Civil or Structural Engineering degree, ideally working toward Chartership.
- 4+ years UK design experience, with confidence in multi-material structures.
