We are looking for a motivated Firestopping Supervisor to oversee our clients' fire protection and passive fire works across a range of projects throughout the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company delivering high-quality fire compliance solutions across commercial, residential, healthcare, government and education sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate firestopping installation teams across multiple UK sites (must be open to working away)
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications, manufacturers guidelines, and current fire safety regulations
- Carry out quality inspections and site audits
- Maintain accurate records, including photographic evidence and installation reports
- Liaise with clients, site managers, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of works
- Manage labour, materials, and programme requirements on site
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce health and safety regulations
