Job responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional General Practitioner to join our thriving and innovative NHS practice in London. Person Specification

Qualifications:

• Full GMC registration with a license to practice and inclusion on the GP Register.
• Completion of GP specialty training (CCT or equivalent).
• Experience of working in NHS General Practice.
• Excellent clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and revalidation compliance.

• Completed postgraduate qualifications relevant to General Practice (e.g., Diploma in Dermatology or Family Planning).
• Understanding and experience in primary care innovation or service improvement.
• Familiarity with EMIS, SystmOne, or similar GP software systems.
• Interest or experience in leadership roles within a clinical setting.
• Additional languages spoken relevant to the local community.
• Experience in teaching or delivering structured CPD sessions.

Experience:

• Involvement in local or regional clinical networks, contributing to primary care innovation or community health projects.
