Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of fertility treatments, including IVF cycles and patient management.
- Deliver empathetic, personalised care—supporting patients from initial consultation through to treatment planning and follow-up.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care and patient outcomes.
- Actively engage in professional development and contribute to continuous improvement in clinical practice.
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
- Proven experience in fertility nursing is essential.
- Ultrasound scanning experience is desirable—but full training can be provided.
- Open to both experienced Senior Fertility Nurses and those ready to step into a senior role.
- Backgrounds in both NHS and independent sector settings will be considered.
- Competitive salary: £40,000–£45,000 (higher banding available for ultrasound-trained candidates).
