What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide strategic leadership for psychological services within the Rehabilitation Centre.
  • Deliver expert psychological assessment and intervention for patients with neurological, psychological, and physical health conditions.
  • Lead and nurture a team of psychologists, trainees, and assistants, ensuring effective supervision, appraisal, and development.
  • Drive innovation in rehabilitation psychology, piloting and embedding new evidence-based practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) recognised by the HCPC.
  • Significant post-qualification experience in neuropsychology, complex rehabilitation, or physical health settings.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing psychology services or teams.
  • Strong familiarity with a broad range of cognitive assessment tools.
