What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Laboratory Quality Manager or similar leadership role in pathology.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards including ISO 15190, ISO 22367, and ISO 15189.
  • HCPC registration is desirable but not mandatory.
