We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Manager (RGN/Midwife) who’s ready to step into a key leadership role and help shape a high-performing team in one of the UK’s most advanced fertility environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing the nursing team with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and full HFEA/CQC compliance.
- Deliver personalised patient care, including consultations, treatment planning, medication administration, theatre assistance, and scan support.
- Foster a positive, motivated team culture while supporting the continuous growth and innovation of the clinic’s services.
- Champion ongoing professional development, ensuring high standards across clinical practice and patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Midwife with active NMC registration.
- Fertility nursing experience is essential.
- Ultrasound scanning experience is required.
- Independent Prescriber qualification is desirable but not essential.
- You may already be a Nurse Manager or a Deputy Nurse Manager looking for your next step within leadership.
- We welcome candidates from both NHS and private sector backgrounds.
