We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Manager (RGN) who’s ready to step into a key leadership role and help shape a high-performing team in one of the UK’s most advanced fertility environments.   This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take ownership of clinical operations, drive quality care, and help build a service that makes a lasting difference in people’s lives. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing the nursing team with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and full HFEA/CQC compliance. Deliver personalised patient care, including consultations, treatment planning, medication administration, theatre assistance, and scan support. Foster a positive, motivated team culture while supporting the continuous growth and innovation of the clinic’s services. Champion ongoing professional development, ensuring high standards across clinical practice and patient experience.What We’re Looking For: A Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration. Fertility nursing experience is essential. Ultrasound scanning experience is required. You may already be a Nurse Manager or a Senior Fertility Nurse looking for your next step into leadership.
