We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Nurse Manager ready to play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing team and delivering outstanding patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic and nursing team with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient safety, and regulatory compliance (HFEA & CQC).
- Supporting patients through their fertility journey, delivering personalised treatment plans, performing consultations, administering medications, and assisting in theatres and scan appointments.
- Playing a key role in the growth and development of services, whilst fostering a positive and motivated team culture.
- Upholding the highest standards of care through ongoing training, development, and leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Midwife with current NMC registration.
- Experience within fertility care is essential.
- Ultrasound scanning experience is required.
- You may already be a Nurse Manager or a Senior Fertility Nurse ready to take the next step in your career.
- Candidates from both the NHS and Independent Sector are welcome.
