Role Responsibilities:
- Transformational Leadership: Lead and mentor your team to deliver clear clinical and quality strategies aimed at enhancing both patient and employee satisfaction.
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the senior management team and maintain strong Consultant relationships. Identify and implement new services, ensuring the hospital remains safe and compliant.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee budget management across clinical departments, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Nursing Qualifications: Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration, or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with current HCPC registration.
- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience successfully managing clinical teams within a surgical hospital environment.
- Commercial & Regulatory Expertise: Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks. Confident in managing and implementing change.
- Private Hospital Experience: Essential experience working in the private hospital sector.
