What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Support and develop staff through effective recruitment, training, and mentoring.

  • Maintain CQC compliance and develop pathways and policies to keep the clinic at the forefront of patient care.

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior healthcare management experience or similar responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team.
  • Passion for providing high-quality patient care and the ability to instil a positive culture.
  • Previous ophthalmic or clinical background is desirable but not essential.
