What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Support and develop staff through effective recruitment, training, and mentoring.
- Lead on projects and improvements, driving the growth of the business.
- Maintain CQC compliance and develop pathways and policies to keep the clinic at the forefront of patient care.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior healthcare management experience or similar responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team.

- Previous ophthalmic or clinical background is desirable but not essential.
