What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide inspirational leadership to the theatre team, ensuring the highest standards of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
- Work clinically alongside colleagues, leading by example and maintaining hands-on expertise.
- Oversee and optimise the daily operations of the theatre, including staff scheduling, workflow, and resource management.
- Collaborate closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, patient-centred care and an excellent experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with active NMC pin or Operating Department Practitioner with HCPC registration.
- Extensive experience in an operating theatre setting, preferably within orthopaedics and cosmetics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and effectively manage a team.
- A hands-on leader who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- We welcome applications from experienced Deputy Theatre Managers who are ready to take the next step into their first Theatre Manager role.
- Background in NHS or private healthcare; a mix of both is desirable.
