Salary: Up to £50,000.00 basic + guaranteed OTE 1/3 of billings + 15% quarterly commission + 12% pension + 33 days holiday + flexible/hybrid working + exceptional benefits.

You will be accountable for identifying new business opportunities that facilitate growth. When implementing business development strategies, you will enjoy the comfort of a reputation that opens doors with ease.

We're seeking applications from professional, passionate, experienced recruiters that embrace transparency in everyday practice. You must be adept in headhunting and managing retained campaigns. It is crucial that you have exceptional communication skills and build authentic connections with ease. Whilst this role offers hybrid working, applications will only be considered for individuals that live within a 30-minute commute to our York city centre office. Healthcare recruitment experience is not necessary, full training will be provided.
