What you\’ll be doing:
- Perform safe, accurate blood draws and venepuncture cannulation.
- Prepare, label, and process specimens for timely lab analysis.
- Ensure accurate patient record-keeping and uphold confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate with labs and clinical staff to ensure a smooth diagnostics process.
- Follow strict infection control and health & safety procedures.
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 in Phlebotomy (or equivalent), with up-to-date training in venepuncture, cannulation, BLS, Manual Handling, and Infection Control.
- Proven capability as a Phlebotomist, with confidence working independently and managing high patient throughput.
- Previous experience in private clinics, diagnostics centres, or GP settings is desirable.
- Adaptable, professional, and patient-focused – you must be comfortable supporting high-net-worth individuals and working in a premium, bespoke healthcare setting.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing business.
- £27,000 (based on experience and autonomy).
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
