- What you'll be doing
- Take professional responsibility for triaging, assessing, diagnosing, and treating a designated clinical caseload.
- Employ a highly confident, consultative approach with new clients to prescribe and plan effective treatments.
- Attract and retain clients through exceptional patient management and relationship-building.
- Build and maintain excellent referral relationships with external partners such as sports clubs, gym instructors, and consultants.
- Communicate confidently with all partners, providing comprehensive notes and reports as required.
- Develop interests in clinical specialisms and other business disciplines, such as training, marketing, auditing, or management.
- Comply with all organisational policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
- Strive to improve clinic standards and identify any risks to the Regional Lead.
- Continually develop as a Physiotherapist, evidencing continued professional development (CPD) through attending external conferences and events.
- Abide by the CSP's Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour, and the HCPC’s Standards of conduct, performance, and ethics.
- Support the clinic’s multidisciplinary team in developing service improvements when required.
What we're looking for
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree.
- Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Senior Society of Physiotherapy.
- Postgraduate Women’s Health (Pelvic Health) specific training, including incontinence management and confidence in performing internal examinations.
- Ability to work autonomously while adhering to clinical pathways.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written English.
- Effective use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
