What you’ll be doing
- Maintain a clinical caseload (approx. 85‑90%) while ensuring clinic performance and optimisation.
- Drive revenue through service channels, partnerships, and networking.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
- Oversee team operations, manage performance, and report trends to senior management.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and performance evaluation for staff.
What we’re looking for
- BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree (minimum) with full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Ability to work autonomously while adhering to clinical pathways.
- Evidence of continued professional development and previous managerial experience.
- Excellent organisational, time management, verbal communication, and written English skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
