- What you’ll be doing
- Lead the daily operations of the HDU and Recovery units, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Deliver an Outreach service to the wards, providing guidance on the care of acutely unwell patients.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and IÇS standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
- What we’re looking for
- Registered Nurse with a recognised post-graduate Critical Care qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Recovery and Critical Care environments.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
