What you'll be doing
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across hospice and community palliative care services.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
- Oversee clinical service development, workforce planning and operational performance.
- Champion staff engagement, professional development and a positive organisational culture.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of digital clinical systems to enhance patient care.
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration qualifications and significant senior leadership experience within hospice or specialist palliative care.
- A proven track record of leading complex clinical services and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of implementing or leading clinical information systems would be advantageous.
