What you\'ll be doing
- Lead the day-to-day operational management of a busy endoscopy service.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and support to the nursing team.
- Drive quality improvement, governance and patient safety initiatives.
- Work closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver an efficient, patient-focused service.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, decontamination and regulatory standards.
- Support workforce planning, staff development and service performance.
What we\'re looking for
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- Significant post-registration experience within endoscopy.
- Previous leadership or management experience within an endoscopy service.
- Strong knowledge of JAG standards, clinical governance and quality improvement.
- Excellent communication, organisational and people management skills.
- A proactive approach to service development and continuous improvement.
