What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and inspire the Clinical Team to deliver the best possible client experience.
- Ensure regulatory requirements and best practices are met, maintaining high standards of care.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage the Treatment Centre Clinical Team, including recruitment, performance management, and development.
What we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with evidence of continuing professional development.
- Proven experience in leading dispersed teams and delivering client‑centric services.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Nurses and Midwives operating at Lead level roles, looking to step up into senior management, are welcome to apply.
- Experience within sexual and reproductive health is non‑essential, as full training will be offered to the successful candidate.
