Tenant Services owns and manages over 5000 homes across Stroud District, the team won “The Best Local Authority or Social Housing Retrofit Programme” in March 2024 and have been highly commended for their efforts in retrofitting our housing stock which supports sustainable and energy efficient homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious forward-thinking service, and we are looking for likeminded individuals who are looking to take the next step in their personal development.

The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service and Building Pathology, a team player, solution focused and have a professional outlook. You will be committed to completing the training plan, happy to undertake the required qualifications and be proactive in gaining the experience needed. Ideally, they will have experience of working in the sector and a construction background.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • To support on the technical, diagnostic and contract administration processes
  • To support on the delivery of minor works programmes.
  • To support and undertake stock condition surveys.
  • Promote Value for Money and customer participation.
  • To assist with the procurement of contractors and suppliers
  • To support the Asset Data Team in ensuring all property related asset data is collated.
  • Assist Asset Surveyors to ensure Health and Safety procedures are being adhered to on site

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential, and you’ll need to demonstrate a real passion to provide excellent customer service.
