About the role

As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development, implementation and operation of our housing management system
  • Maintaining the integrity of the housing management system, including reviewing and analysing data and trends, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Creating and maintaining reports as required by service managers
  • Developing training materials and facilitating training sessions for system users
  • Assisting with the allocation and monitoring of complaints in accordance with the Housing Ombudsman’s complaint handling code
  • Assisting in the collation of and reporting on performance data across the housing service.

Who should apply?

You will be joining a small, friendly and supportive team who have a shared passion for improvement, are future-focussed, and who work closely with each other to deliver real and lasting change.

You’ll need to be a team player who is reliable, confident and motivated, and who will bring a positive energy to the team. Excellent communication and organisational skills are key, as well as working to a high degree of accuracy. You may be working on multiple projects at any one time, so the ability to be innovative, flexible and work under pressure is also important.

An understanding of social housing and experience of working with systems would be advantageous.

If you think you have transferrable skills, are able to influence and motivate others, enjoy working collaboratively and have the drive to deliver transformational changes, we want to hear from you.
