In November 2024 we opened the newly refurbished Stratford Perk as our primary food and beverage offering at Stratford Park, Stroud. We are now seeking an enthusiastic manager with a passion for excellence to drive the business forward. Our ambition is to offer a local, seasonal and healthy menu across 7 days a week, which will require leadership in terms of ingredient sourcing and team development, as well as a clear vision to create one of Stroud’s leading destination cafés. This position is full-time at 37 hours per week over a 5-7 day rota designed by you to achieve the vision and service standards required. Applicants will be subject to an enhanced vetting and barring clearance. You are entitled to the equivalent of 5.6 weeks leave per annum (pro-rata) as required by the Working Time (Amendment) Regulations (2006). In exchange for your expertise, experience, and enthusiasm, we provide a range of staff benefits.
It is important that our staff reflect the diversity of our community, and we therefore welcome and encourage applications from people of all genders and sexual orientations, those from Black, Asian, and other minority ethnic backgrounds, and people with disabilities.
