Job summaryWe are currently recruiting for two Caf eacute; Cook posts. If you have experience and a passion for food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering high-quality dishes, we want to hear from you.This role plays an important part in enhancing the customer experience at the centre. As Caf eacute; Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting food to a high standard while ensuring the kitchen operates safely, efficiently, and in line with food hygiene caf eacute; operates across 7 days, including weekends and occasional evenings. Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, ensuring quality and consistencyFollowing recipes and portion guidelinesMaintaining excellent food hygiene and health amp; safety standards at all timesMonitoring stock levels and supporting ordering to minimise shortages and wasteKeeping the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with regulationsWorking closely with caf eacute; and centre staff to ensure smooth service during busy periodsSupporting cost control through portion management and waste reductionContributing ideas for menu improvements and income generationEnsuring awareness of allergens and dietary requirementsFollowing all relevant policies, procedures, and training requirementsFull training will be provided where required.
