A local government reorganisation is planned for Gloucestershire, which may result in changes to structures and services. Potential changes are provisionally timetabled for April 2028. This role will be part of the Property Care Team in our busy call centre, handling and managing customer contacts for our Responsive Repair Service, and coordinating across multiple systems and operational teams to capture all responsive repairs in maintenance of our properties.

Responsibilities- You will provide support for the Property Care Team, handling customer contacts, managing call volumes of 150β300 per day, and ensuring accurate capture of responsive repairs across our systems.
- Background in construction or data analysis with strong administration skills.
- Experience in information systems and databases β NEC and Keystone knowledge is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent skills and experience using Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working within a local authority or social housing environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
