We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Senior Housing Officer to join our creative, forward-thinking team.
About You
The successful applicant will be highly organised and able to show commitment, energy and enthusiasm alongside a positive attitude to ensure tenants receive an excellent service. You will need to be proactive in dealing with complex tenancy management issues, Intensive MARAC cases and have an understanding of asset-based community development (ABCD) in relation to delivering services in the local communities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for an overall patch, holding your own case load, whilst directly supervising a small team of direct reports to ensure the delivery of an excellent Tenancy Management service.
- Focussing on sustaining minimal rent arrears, overseeing estate management and adherence to tenancy conditions.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
