The predicted salary is between 27711 - 27711 £ per year.

In April 2020, Stroud District Council internalised its Repair Service. Property Care is looking for someone to work within a fast moving and friendly office. You will be responsible for taking phone calls from customers, diagnosing and scheduling repairs to the Council’s homes and liaising with operatives, contractors and tenants, along with other administrative tasks.

You will need to be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people and remain calm when dealing with stressful situations or challenging customers. You should have administrative and scheduling experience and be used to working with computers, particularly in relation to data inputting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to cope under pressure. This role requires enthusiasm, energy, and a team player.
