You’ll help us shape services that reflect tenant priorities, deliver value for money, and continuously improve the landlord experience.About the roleAs a Tenant Engagement Officer, you’ll work closely with residents, partners, and colleagues across the organisation to deliver a high-quality, inclusive engagement service. You will:Lead and support tenant scrutiny activityStrengthen tenant voice and influence in decision-makingHelp improve tenant satisfaction and perception of servicesDevelop and deliver meaningful engagement opportunitiesEnsure services are shaped around customer feedback and local needYou’ll be joining a forward-thinking and supportive team that works collaboratively to make a real difference in our communities.
