Stroud District Council is looking for a proactive and compassionate Independent Living Hub Facilitator to join our team on a temporary basis.
About the Role: You will support residents to maintain independence by delivering activities, providing guidance, and creating a welcoming, inclusive hub environment. You’ll also work with partners to connect people to services and opportunities within the local community. This role covers 7 hubs across the Stroud District. Based at Ebley Mill, with regular travel to the independent living hubs.
