The purpose of the Data and Insights Officer role is to support data-driven decision-making across the council by collecting, analysing and visualising data.As part of our team, you will be responsible for:Working closely with teams across the council and external partners to ensure projects and priorities are grounded in robust evidence and local intelligence.Collating and integrating complex data from multiple sources and converting it into useable business intelligence.Identifying patterns, trends and disparities in data to understand community needs, evaluate service impact, and inform decisions that improve outcomes and reduce inequalities.We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual who has proven experience in data analysis, interpretation and reporting, and who will bring positive energy to the role.
