Active Lifestyles Stroud is a vibrant leisure facility set in the heart of the beautiful Stratford Park. We are excited to be recruiting a motivated, enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our friendly and committed team.

As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the centre, ensuring our customers enjoy a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment. The centre operates 7 days a week, from 6.00am to 10.00pm, so flexibility is essential. You will be required to work a rota covering early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the centre
- Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of staff and customers during your shift
- Handling customer enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally
- Managing and resolving operational issues as they arise
- Supporting the smooth running of the facility at all times
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
