As a key member of our Housing Team, you’ll be right at the heart of our communities - working directly with tenants across the district to help them build successful, sustainable tenancies. You’ll be the friendly face and trusted point of contact for your patch, supporting residents with everything from managing rent accounts to keeping our estates safe, welcoming, and vibrant places to live.

  • A CIH qualification (or you’re working towards one) or extensive housing/income management experience.
