The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective customer experience, resolving queries at the first point of contact via various channels including telephone, in person, email, letter and online.

Our dedicated Customer Contact Centre offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering high quality services by engaging with our residents, partners, and staff.

GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent is required. To be passionate about customer service and have a strong customer focus.

INTERVIEW DATE: 10th & 11th June.

This role can be offered as a job share and we will consider applicants looking for part time hours or school hours to work around childcare or caring duties. In exchange for your expertise, experience and enthusiasm, we provide a range of staff benefits.
