Are you passionate about swimming and helping others develop their confidence in the water? Active Lifestyles Dursley is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Swimming Teachers to support our Learn to Swim programme.

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons and coaching sessions.
  • Support the Learn to Swim programme and help participants achieve their goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for all users.
  • Assist with other operational duties, including lifeguarding, administration, and cleaning when required.
  • Play an active role in maintaining health and safety standards and responding to emergency situations.

About You

  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities.
  • Are organised and able to manage their own workload.
  • Are willing to work towards gaining an ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification and National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) if not already held.
  • Have basic IT skills and experience working with the public.
