Temporary 12 month FTC
Stroud District Council are seeking a Business Support Assistant to join our Resident Engagement Team. You will be assisting the leasehold engagement officer with the day-to-day administration of leaseholders and the raising of service charge invoices, as well as supporting the resident engagement officers. Our service is forward-thinking and dedicated, and the team you’ll be joining works exceptionally well together, whilst providing a wide range of services within our communities. You will play a significant role in supporting the team to achieve its goals.
About you
- You’ll have experience of working in a similar role.
- The ability to assist in general administration, deal with telephone enquiries, and update and maintain appropriate systems, information, and records.
- A good general standard of education including English and Maths.
- Understanding of administrative processes and systems.
- IT literate, including the use of MS Office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team.
