Active Lifestyles Stroud is a vibrant leisure facility set in the heart of the beautiful Stratford Park. We are excited to be recruiting a motivated, enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our friendly and committed team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the leisure and fitness industry and enjoys working with people. Whether you are looking to take your first steps into leisure management or you are an experienced professional seeking a fresh challenge, we would love to hear from you.
As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the centre, ensuring our customers enjoy a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment. The centre operates 7 days a week, from 6.00am to 10.00pm, so flexibility is essential. You will be required to work a rota covering early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the centre
- Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of staff and customers during your shift
- Handling customer enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally
- Managing and resolving operational issues as they arise
- Supporting the smooth running of the facility at all times
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
