This is an exciting and rewarding time to join Stroud District Council as a Tenant Engagement Officer. Resident engagement has never been more important, and this role is central to ensuring our tenants are at the heart of everything we do. As a Tenant Engagement Officer, you’ll work closely with residents, partners, and colleagues across the organisation to deliver a high-quality, inclusive engagement service. You will:

  • Lead and support tenant scrutiny activity
  • Strengthen tenant voice and influence in decision-making
  • Help improve tenant satisfaction and perception of services
  • Develop and deliver meaningful engagement opportunities
  • Ensure services are shaped around customer feedback and local need

We’re looking for someone passionate about engaging with communities and delivering excellent customer service. You will:

  • Be able to use your own initiative to solve problems and drive improvements

Experience of resident engagement or housing services would be an advantage, but your enthusiasm and commitment to making a difference are just as important.
