As part of the StrongPoint Group, a leading grocery retail technology company, StrongPoint ALS plays a key role in creating smarter stores, enhancing the customer experience, and optimising online grocery operations.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HSEQ Manager to lead and develop our Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management systems across our organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving a strong culture of safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across both office and construction site operations. This is an office-based role with regular travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and maintain company Health & Safety policies, procedures, and systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards
- Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 18001 management systems and certifications
- Act as the primary contact for external auditors and certification bodies
- Drive environmental and sustainability initiatives across the business
- Deliver HSEQ training and support managers across all departments
- Monitor HSEQ performance, reporting, and continuous improvement activities
- Support operations across the UK and Ireland
- Proven experience in an HSEQ management role within construction, retail, or a similar operational environment
- Strong working knowledge of ISO management systems and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Passionate about promoting a positive safety and quality culture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving licence
