About the Role
We are looking for flexible, detail-oriented individuals to conduct store surveys and scoping works for retail refurbishment across the UK, supporting our shopfitting and development projects within supermarkets and retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store surveys for refurbishment and shopfitting projects
- Measure and record shelf types, label sizes, equipment locations and department layouts
- Assess fixtures, fittings, machinery and display areas
- Produce detailed reports, photographs and site measurements
- Identify installation challenges and access restrictions
- Liaise with store management, contractors and project teams
- Produce accurate and detailed online survey reports using our online reporting platform
- Travel extensively across the UK, including overnight stays when required
- Occasionally assist with installation and shopfitting works
About You
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
- Able to work independently in fast‑paced retail environments
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Flexible with travel and working patterns
- Full UK driving licence essential
Previous experience in retail surveying, merchandising, shopfitting, installations or construction is advantageous.
