About the Role
Are you a Project Manager looking for an exciting new challenge in the retail sector? At StrongPoint, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver innovative in-store solutions for some of the UK’s largest retailers. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple retail projects - driving delivery from initial planning through to successful completion. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Project Delivery & Execution: Oversee all project phases, including on-site activities. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Conduct site visits and provide regular updates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders. Build strong internal and external partnerships to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Budget & Commercial Oversight: Manage project budgets and track financial performance (P&L awareness). Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with H&S regulations, CDM, and company policies.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and reports. Provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders.

About You
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness and strategic thinking. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience delivering projects within a retail environment. Knowledge of project set-up structures and governance. Familiarity with construction site health & safety practices. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.

Good to have:
Retail or shopfitting project experience. Project Management qualification. Experience using tools such as MS Project, JobLogic (or similar).
