We are seeking a proactive and technically capable IT Support Technician & Retail Technology Deployment professional to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining hands-on technical deployment, IT support, business systems administration, and bespoke customer-facing project work.
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will play a key role in deploying, supporting, and maintaining technology solutions for both internal users and external customers. The role combines workshop-based configuration and staging activities with onsite deployments and ongoing technical support. You will be involved in every stage of the technology lifecycle, from preparation and installation through to support, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing and deploying bespoke technology solutions for customers across the UK and Ireland.
- Supporting users and resolving technical issues both remotely and onsite.
- Managing key business platforms, including SharePoint, Joblogic, and Forms2Mobile.
- Working alongside project, service, and operations teams to deliver successful deployments.
- Liaising with software vendors to support upgrades and system improvements.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Contributing ideas to improve processes, systems, and customer experience.
- Previous experience in an IT Support Technician, IT Deployment Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience supporting Windows-based environments and business applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland (if needed).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration.
- Experience administering business systems such as Joblogic, Forms2Mobile, ERP, CRM, or service management platforms.
- Experience working in retail technology, EPOS, self-service, kiosk, or field deployment environments.

This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position, offering a mix of office-based work, customer site visits, and home working as part of a standard five-day working week. We are unable to support right to work applications at this time, as we do not currently hold a visa sponsorship licence.
