Position Summary
The Retail Event Marketer is responsible for generating high-quality leads and building brand awareness through direct customer engagement at events, outreach, and big-box retail locations. This role requires an energetic, outgoing individual who excels at face-to face interaction and customer engagement. Responsible for exceeding lead targets and goals administered by the Territory Field Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers to generate and qualify leads
- Initiate conversations to build interest and brand awareness
- Capture accurate customer information and set appointments
- Represent the brand at retail stores and events
- Set up and maintain booths and in-store displays
- Maintain a professional, branded presence
- Act as a brand ambassador delivering clear messaging

- Effectively Communicate with the Field Marketing Manager
- Adhere to assigned schedules, maintain punctuality, and meet all location coverage requirements
