StrongGuard Security UK is seeking a motivated and professional Strategic Partnership Executive to join our growing commercial team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys building professional relationships, identifying opportunities and developing strategic partnerships that generate long‑term business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with organisations whose clients may benefit from StrongGuard Security UK's services. This is a flexible part‑time position, offering 8 hours per week. The successful candidate may choose their preferred working day between Monday and Friday, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential referral and strategic partners.
  • Develop relationships with facilities management companies, property management companies, construction firms, electrical contractors, fire and security companies and other complementary organisations.
  • Arrange meetings with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
  • Promote StrongGuard Security UK's services and capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for partnership agreements and referral arrangements.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing partners to encourage ongoing collaboration.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions and business development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, opportunities and partnership activities.
  • Provide regular updates to the Commercial Director on partnership performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in business development, relationship management, account management or sales.
  • Experience building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Experience working within facilities management, security, construction or property sectors is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Access to reliable transport.
  • Ability to provide references from previous business development, sales or customer‑facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Professional and confident approach when engaging with senior decision‑makers.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Commercial awareness and opportunity identification skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate value and build trust with potential partners.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to adapt to an ever‑changing digital environment.

  • Global Watchlist Check – screening against sanctions, watchlists and fraud databases.
  • Criminal Record Search – Basic, Standard or Enhanced, role dependent.
