Job Description:
- Design and define the service requirements architecture.
- Develop requirements management system documents, work standards, and work instructions.
- Capture customer requirements and maintain the requirements pool.
- Organize confirmation of service requirements across different disciplines.
- Control, evaluate, and track requirement changes such as additions, deletions, and modifications.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Master’s degree or above.
- Experience in civil aviation related work.
- Knowledge of aerospace engineering, requirements development, and civil aircraft customer service engineering.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication and coordination abilities.
- Candidates familiar with customer service product systems are preferred.
- Candidates must be prepared to live and work in China for 1-3 years initial contract.
